Refund policy
We offer 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return. This offer is in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, or any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
How to request and send a return
Email admin@craft-mint.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and the item you wish to return. You can also notify us by post. For statutory cancellation, any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; you do not have to give a reason, use our form or obtain our approval.
We will provide return instructions and a return label after you contact us. Please pack the goods securely and keep proof of posting. Return physical goods within 14 calendar days after telling us you wish to return them.

UK and EEA statutory cancellation rights
For most goods bought online, UK and EEA consumers may cancel without giving a reason from the time of ordering until 14 calendar days after the day the goods are received. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item. Any longer cancellation period required by law still applies.
After notifying us within the cancellation period, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back. You may inspect goods as you reasonably could in a shop. Original packaging and an unused condition are not absolute conditions of statutory cancellation. Where the law allows and the required cancellation information was provided, we may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
Our additional 30-day returns offer
If you request a change-of-mind return after the applicable statutory cancellation period but within 30 days of receiving the item, our additional offer applies. For this additional offer, the goods must be unused, complete, in the condition received and with their original packaging and tags where supplied. The exceptions below apply. These conditions do not apply to a claim about faulty or misdescribed goods and do not restrict statutory cancellation rights.
Sale and discounted items are eligible on the same basis as full-price items.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you only pay direct return postage costs where this responsibility was clearly disclosed to you before purchase. Otherwise, we cover standard return postage. We will explain how any applicable return-label charge is handled before you use the label, and will not impose undisclosed charges.
We cover reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to arrange the return. We do not charge a restocking or cancellation fee for exercising statutory cancellation rights.
Exceptions to change-of-mind returns
Where permitted by law, cancellation and our additional returns offer do not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Standard products are not excluded merely because they were ordered specially for you. These exceptions never remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
For digital content, a statutory cancellation right is lost only where the legal conditions are met, including your express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement that this loses the cancellation right and the required confirmation. Gift card purchases remain subject to applicable cancellation rights; please contact us before redeeming a card if you wish to cancel its purchase.
If an item has transport restrictions, such as a battery or flammable component, contact us for suitable return instructions. A shipping restriction does not remove your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us when you discover a problem so we can help. Providing a description and, where reasonably possible, photographs can help us assess it. A delay in reporting does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
UK consumers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. After that, repair or replacement and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or refund may be available. Other applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. We will not require you to use a manufacturer's warranty instead of a remedy that we are legally responsible for providing.
Refunds
For a statutory cancellation, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we have offered to collect the goods, the refund deadline is normally 14 calendar days after you notify us of cancellation.
When you cancel the whole order under your statutory rights, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra costs for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded. For a partial return, we will refund any delivery amount required by law. Any lawful deduction for excessive handling will be explained.
For a return under our additional 30-day offer, we will confirm the outcome after receiving and inspecting the goods and issue an approved refund within 10 business days. Original delivery charges are not included in that additional offer unless required by law. For a faulty-goods refund, we will refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, including within 14 calendar days after agreeing that a UK consumer is entitled to a refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you, without a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the payment. Contact us if a refund appears overdue. Any shorter statutory deadline takes priority over our administrative timescales.
Exchanges
For a change of item, contact us about a return and place a separate order for the replacement. This does not affect any right to a replacement for faulty goods.
