About us and these terms
These terms apply when you buy from Craft Mint at craft-mint.com or through a shopping service that identifies us as the seller. Craft Mint is operated by TRADEMINT LTD, also trading as TradeMint, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15166050. These terms should be read with our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy and privacy policy. You can save or print these pages for your records. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Products and orders
Please read the product description, contents, dimensions and any age or safety guidance before ordering. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with a product. Colours can look different on different screens, but products must still match their description.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and authorised to use the payment method you provide. Please check your items, quantities, contact details and delivery address before paying.
Placing an order is an offer to buy the items shown at checkout. We will send an order acknowledgement by email. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment due for the affected items and applicable delivery charges. We will not substitute a different product or require you to pay a higher price without your agreement.
If you notice an error in your order, contact us as soon as possible. An order may already be in preparation or on its way, but your cancellation and return rights remain as set out in our returns policy.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the currency, product prices, delivery charges and any taxes or other charges that we collect before you pay. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Offers and discount conditions are shown with the offer. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
For international deliveries, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may be collected separately by the destination authority or carrier where they are not included at checkout. See our shipping policy and contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.
Delivery
Available destinations, delivery services, charges and any delivery estimates are shown during checkout. Our shipping policy explains delivery, delays and missing parcels. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the contract being made.
We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of someone you nominate to receive them, subject to any exception allowed by law where you independently arrange a carrier we have not offered.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
We offer a 30-day period to request eligible returns. UK and EEA consumers also have statutory cancellation rights for most online purchases. The conditions, exceptions, return address, postage arrangements and refund times are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
Marketplace and AI shopping orders
If you order through a marketplace or an AI shopping service that identifies Craft Mint or TRADEMINT LTD as the seller, we remain responsible for our products, fulfilment, returns and customer service. The service may also have its own terms for using its platform and payment or dispute processes.
Check the final product details, price, delivery information and return terms before confirming your purchase. If a recommendation or summary conflicts with your product or order information, contact us so we can resolve it. Buying through an AI service does not reduce your statutory rights. Our privacy policy explains how order information may pass between us, Shopify and a shopping service you choose to use.
Shopify and your information
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information when you visit and buy from us. Where we use Shopify's Enhanced Services, this includes services based on your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries. Our privacy policy explains this processing, international transfers and your choices. Use of the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person's information. Website materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use and save information for your own shopping and records; other use requires the relevant permission or a legal entitlement.
Our responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights relating to the goods.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please email trademintltd@gmail.com with any question or complaint and enough information to identify your order. We will consider the issue and work with you to resolve it. You may still use any independent dispute or legal remedies available to you.
We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights or terms that applied when you placed an existing order.
